BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — The New York State Thruway Authority has announced that the ban on empty tractor trailers will be lifted at midnight after the storm.
The ban took effect at 3 a.m. Thursday and will expire at midnight Friday.
UPDATE BUFFALO: The ban on empty tractor trailers on I-90 in Western New York from the Lackawanna Toll Barrier to the Pennsylvania state line will be lifted at midnight.
