BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — An AT&T Mobility outage that was impacting customers' ability to contact 911 has reportedly been resolved.
Erie County Executive Mark Poloncarz made the announcement Sunday night and said the company was working to resolve the issue.
AT&T Mobility is reporting widespread outages in NYS impacting its customers ability to contact 911. This is a AT&T Mobility issue & they are working to resolve it. AT&T customers attempting to reach 911 should use another carrier, call a seven digit number or use a landline.

The Buffalo Police Department and West Seneca Police Department announced Monday morning the issue has reportedly been resolved.
The problem with AT&T phones contacting 911 has been resolved. AT&T customers may now call 911 to report an emergency.
