Officials in Erie County have issued a Travel Advisory for Northern Erie County.
County Executive Mark Poloncarz says as a result of this winter storm all county buildings will be closed Wednesday. All courts in Erie County will be closed. The Erie County Holding Center and correctional facility will not have visiting hours Wednesday.
All tractor trailers have been banned from the 190, 290, 90, Rt. 400 and the 219.
Erie County Health Commissioner Gale Burstein says with the dangerously cold wind chills expected, people should be very careful not to have any exposed skin.
