Fisher-Price is helping your kids meet some real life heroes

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — Buffalo kids can meet local heroes and play with an new line of toys at Walmart stores this Saturday and Sunday.

To celebrate the relaunch of Rescue Heroes toys at Walmart, local firefighters and police officers will be at three different Western New York Walmart stores for kids to meet the real-life heroes.

Bring your kids to one of these parking lot events where they can explore fire trucks and police cars, take pictures with a Rescue Heroes character cutout, and play with the cool new Rescue Hero toys!

Fisher-Price is hosting 500 of these events nationwide this summer to introduce kids to the important work real heroes do.

The dates and places of the Rescue Heroes Experience are:
Walmart, 10401 Bennett Rd., Fredonia
July 13 from 9:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Walmart, 4133 Veterans Memorial Dr., Batavia
July 13 from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.

Walmart, 4975 Transit Rd., Depew
July 14 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
