BUFFALO, NY (WKBW) — It's the biggest history classroom in all of Western New York, with kids getting to enjoy it in a very special way.

The Buffalo History Museum on Nottingham Terrace hosted back-to-back admission free days this weekend.

Suday's theme was Japan Culture Day.

Families got a taste of the far east with traditional Japanese performances, a tea ceremony, calligraphy, origami and so much more.

Saturday's theme was a Fall Family Fun Day with all kinds of other activities for the kids.
