BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — On Monday morning, Governor Andrew Cuomo will make an announcement and hold his daily COVID-19 briefing at Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center in Buffalo.
The briefing is expected to start at 11:30 a.m.
