BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — Tree damage and power outages accompanied a High Wind Warning that was in place for Western New York Sunday.
As of 10 a.m. Monday there are around 1,000 Western New Yorkers without power; the majority in Erie, Niagara, Genesee and Orleans counties. National Grid said it has restored power to more than 92% of its nearly 24,000 customers impacted.
