NIAGARA FALLS, N.Y. (WKBW) — A Niagara Falls woman is facing criminal charges after being accused of stealing medications from the hospital she works for.
New York State Police say Patricia S. MacArthur, 30, was diverting controlled substances from the Automated Dispensary System at Niagara Falls Memorial Hospital. According to investigators, these medications were taken without a practitioner's order and MacArthur was not able to account for where the controlled substances were.
MacArthur was arrested and is scheduled to appear at the city of Niagara Falls Court later this month.
