CHEEKTOWAGA, N.Y. (WKBW) — The Walden Galleria was completely taken over Wednesday by trick-or-treaters at the 25th Annual Galleria of Treats.

From skeletons and superheroes, to cookie monsters and hot dog suits.

Hundreds of kids came out to get their candy fix and take their trick-or-treating inside with some rainy weather on the way.

"We don't know if it's gonna be raining out tomorrow, so we figured we'd come out here," said Michelle Andolina, who came dressed as french fries with her son the hot dog and daughter dressed as a packet of ketchup.

"I don't know if we're going trick or treating tomorrow considering that it's supposed to rain," said Predolino Zelasko, whose family dressed as skeletons.

It's not just Cheektowaga. The city of Lackawanna has decided to move up trick or treating by an hour and a half from 5:30-7pm tomorrow night because of the wind.

While Buffalo and Niagara Falls will bear the elements. Some said the weather doesn't matter to them.

"When I was little, I remember being three and I was Barney the Dinosaur and I had to tredge through the snow, so we're going to go out regardless," said Courtney Greene, with her cookie monster son Calvin.
