JAMESTOWN, N.Y. (WKBW) — If you need a laugh while you're staying at home, the National Comedy Center in Jamestown is hoping to help.
The center is using an online content platform that will feature exclusive content that has never been seen outside the museum. The content comes from the center's interactive comedy exhibits, and is being made available while the museum is temporarily closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Viewers can learn more about stand-up, improv, late night TV and online comedy. The Comedy Center will also feature selections from its archive, including special event highlights from the Lucille Ball Comedy Festival.
The platform also plans to present live-streamed stand-up comedy shows in the coming weeks. Much of the material is free. There is also an option to upgrade to access more content.
