KENMORE, N.Y. (WKBW) — The Kenmore Police Department is asking for the public's assistance locating a hit-and-run driver that struck a man and his grandson.

Police say the hit-and-run occurred just before 10:30 a.m. on August 30th in the area of Delaware Avenue and Nash.

A blue Honda sedan, possibly a 2013-15 Accord or Civic, struck the man while he was pushing his grandson in a stroller.

The man and his grandchild suffered minor injuries, the vehicle continued east on Nash and turned south on Delaware Road without stopping.

Police say the blue Honda sedan appeared to have a spare tire "doughnut" on the front driver side.

Anyone with information is asked to call Kenmore police at (716) 875-1234.
