BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — Buffalo police announced officers responded to a rescue call just before 1 p.m. on Monday on Delaware Avenue near West Ferry Street.
According to police, a 49-year-old Lancaster man fell from a seventh-story patio while he was working on the building. He suffered life-threatening injuries and died a short time later.
The incident remains under investigation.
