BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — A local attorney admitted to showing an underage girl a sexual image on his cell phone, and subjecting the girl to sexual contact without her consent. 55-year-old Nicholas Hicks of Buffalo pleaded guilty to one count of Endangering the Welfare of a Child.

Erie County District Attorney John Flynn says Hicks admitted to engaging in the illegal activity between February, 2016 and May 5, 2018.
