LOCKPORT — Police say speed caused a driver to lose control of his car and slam into a tree.
The crash happened in front of 326 Chapel, that's near Mill in the City of Lockport, Wednesday night around 10:30pm.
The female front seat passenger, Alexis Moreland 21 of Ransomville, was thrown from the vehicle. The driver was Ross Provenzano, 21 from the City of Lockport.
Both were taken to ECMC.
The crash is under investigation and charges are pending.
