Longest-tenured animal at Allegany SPCA finds a new home for 2020, after nearly four years

BELMONT, N.Y. (WKBW) — As we head into a new decade, a resident at the Allegany SPCA will have a new home.

According to the Allegany SPCA, Sissy who spent nearly four years at the shelter has a new place to call home for the new year!

Before Christmas, Sissy wrote a letter to Santa asking to be adopted, and before the start of 2020, her wish came true!
