SCIO, N.Y. (WKBW) — New York State Police are investigating a deadly crash in Allegany County.
Troopers say Edward Linnecke Jr., 30 of Scio, was heading south on County Route 9 about 2:45 p.m. Monday when his vehicle went off the road, struck a group of trees and flipped over.
Linnecke was pronounced dead at the scene.
The investigation into the crash is continuing.
