BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — A 54-year-old man is facing charges for a deadly shooting in Buffalo.
Ruben Marchese was arraigned Saturday, May 18, on one conty of Murder in the Second Degree.
Marchese stands accused of shooting and killed 44-year-old Carols Perez-Torres on Grimes Street on May 15.
Marchese was remanded without bail. He is set to return to court May 23 for a felony hearing.
