BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — Merge restaurant, known for their vegan friendly menu, is ending their restaurant operations.
According to a message posted on Merge's website, the restaurant is on a winter break for the month of January but will not reopen as a full scale eatery. In February and March, they plan on holding some special events and offer catering.
"I have been honored by your support, and I look forward to transforming my work and undying passion for Buffalo's food systems into something, which can continue to support my personal wellness goals," said owner Sarah Schneider in the post.
Schneider is not ruling out reopening in the future.
