BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — Fans of Mighty Taco may soon be able to wash those tacos and burritos down with a brew.
Mighty Taco CEO Russell Jasulevich tells 7 Eyewitness News Mighty Taco has applied for a liquor license for 19 of 21 Western New York restaurants.
Two of the restaurants are excluded because they are located in existing gas stations/convenience stores.
Jasulevich says beer, wine, and cider would be sold.
East Aurora has already approved the request to waive the 30-day waiting period for applying for a temporary license with the New York State Liquor Authority.
There is no timetable as of now. The effort is in its preliminary stages.
