BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — The Buffalo Police Department was asking for the public's help locating a missing 16-year-old on Tuesday.
According to police, Breanna Wiggins was found safe and reunited with her family Wednesday afternoon.
Police say Wiggins was last seen in the 1100 block of Ellicott Street in the City of Buffalo.
