BUFFALO, NY (WKBW) — Buffalo hosted a musical celebration of the life and legacy of Doctor Martin Luther King, Junior.
The "Concerned Citizens Following the Dream" committee held a tribute to the the civil rights pioneer Sunday night at Kleinhans Music Hall.
This year's theme is: "A Journey Traveled by Many, A Dream Living in All".
The goal is to educate young people about Doctor King and his works, while helping them to believe that they can do greater things than he did.
The program featured music, speeches, dance and other local performances.
