CHAFFEE, N.Y. (WKBW) — The site where the beloved Earl’s Restaurant once stood is now a hub of love.
In 2019, the Armstrong family demolished the decades old restaurant and replaced it with a wedding venue.
“We are so excited to host and celebrate all things love,” partner at Annex WNY, Stephane Armstrong said.
The Armstrong family broke ground on this property in February and now, they are booking tours and events. The 16 thousand square foot venue can host up 400 people.
“We’re hoping that’s sooner than later, but for now we’re abiding by all state mandates," another partner at Annex WNY, Samantha Armstrong said.
The Annex has two indoor event spaces, an outdoor event space and 26 acres of open land.
“So we’re getting very, very busy, which is good because we finished with the build, and we just kicked right over to our clients," Samantha said.
Though the Venue is mainly for weddings, it can also host birthday parties, bridal showers, and all things in between.
“Steph and I are on site all day long for that contracted event, so we’re really thankful to be present for people’s most important day," Samantha said. "And we get to do it over, and over, and over again.”
More information on the event space, layout, and pricing can be found on their website.
