TOWN OF YORKSHIRE, N.Y. (WKBW) — New York State police say a person is dead and two others were injured following a crash in the Town of Yorkshire early Sunday morning.
The crash occurred at the intersection of West Yorkshire and Savage Roads around 1 a.m.
One person was pronounced dead at the scene, another was transported to Bertrand-Chaffee Hospital in Springville and then transferred to ECMC for further treatment and a third person was treated at the scene.
Police say charges are pending further investigation.
