NIAGARA FALLS, N.Y. (WKBW) — Niagara Falls police are investigating a crash in the area of Niagara Falls Boulevard and Military Road Sunday morning.
A car was pinned underneath a tractor trailer just before 8 a.m. due to icy conditions according to the Niagara Falls Uniformed Fire Fighters Association.
The driver of the car was extricated safely and treated by fire personnel before being transported by an ambulance for non-life threatening injuries.
Roads across Western New York were slick and covered in ice Sunday morning due to a large storm system.
