BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — Niagara County Sheriffs arrested Tyrell Handley of Niagara Falls Wednesday morning.
Handley, 20, was wanted for violating probation since last Thursday after cutting off his ankle monitor. Police believed him to be armed and dangerous.
U.S. Marshals task force worked with Niagara County Sheriffs to track down Handley. According to Marshals, Handley was found and arrested on Elmwood Avenue in Kemore.
