PENDLETON, N.Y. (WKBW) — One man was seriously injured in a crash involving a motorcycle in Pendleton Monday.
Police say the crash happened on East Canal Road and Tonawanda Creek Road.
Authorities say the man was found 30 to 40 feet away from the motorcycle semi-conscious and verbally unresponsive. According to investigators, the motorcyclist was traveling south on East Canal Road when he left the west side of the roadway before coming to a rest.
It's unclear how the crash happened. Police have not released the name of the man hurt in the crash. He was taken to ECMC.
Authorities are currently investigating.
