BOLIVAR, N.Y. (WKBW) — New York State Police have charged an Allegany County woman in the overdose death of a person four months ago.
Cindi Music, 43 of Bolivar, is charged with criminally negligent homicide and criminal sale of a controlled substance.
Music is locked up at the Allegany County Jail on $10,000 cash bail.
She is set to reappear in Village of Bolivar Court at a later date.
