BUFFALO, NY (WKBW) — The BFLO Hall of Fame Experience will present Pancho Billa his official "Fan Wall of Fame" plaque Sunday.

Pancho was notified by his doctors Friday that he would be able to go to Buffalo for the Bills game Sunday.

“Looks like I am going to BUF! I am still weak and recovering but going to trust the man above to get me through the weekend. I am beyond excited to be present to accept the award,” Pancho said.

The presentation will take place at a tailgate party in the rear parking lot of Danny's restaurant.

Chris Berman will be giving Pancho a call at 10 a.m. to congratulate him as well.

“The BFLO Hall of Fame Experience is not just to honor inductees but also to honor the Fans that have shown their support over many decades for Buffalo sports teams, musicians and broadcasters. The Buffalo Fan Wall of Fame will be a tribute to the Fans and their dedication to being a #1 Fan.” Therese Forton-Barnes, director of Strategic planning for the BFLO Hall of Fame Experience said.

The BFLO Hall of Fame Experience consists of a Board of Directors from three Buffalo Halls of Fame: Greater Buffalo Sports Hall of Fame, Buffalo Music Hall of Fame and Buffalo Broadcasters Association.

It was announced in late November that Pancho would receive the honor.
