BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — Buffalo police have released the name of the 21-year-old man killed on a skateboard after he was hit by a vehicle on Niagara Street early Wednesday.
According to police, a white Dodge Durango was traveling south on Niagara Street when it struck Allen Ruiz. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police said the driver of the Durango continued traveling on Niagara Street and struck a parked vehicle. The driver then left the scene.
Police are in possession of the vehicle and say a person has been questioned in connection to the incident.
No charges have been announced.
