DELEVAN, N.Y. (WKBW) — A man was sent to Erie County Medical Center by a helicopter with injuries after he was hit by a vehicle in Cattaraugus County.
Authorities say Meghan Cope hit Justin Phillips with her car in a parking lot on North Main Street in the village of Delevan.
This happened just after 7 o'clock, Wednesday night.
The extent of Phillips' injuries is unclear at this time.
