LOCKPORT, N.Y. (WKBW) — A pedestrian was struck on the 5900 block of South Transit Road in Lockport around 8:30 p.m. Monday according to the Niagara County Sheriff's Office.
The sheriff's office says the man, identified as 37-year-old Glenn T. Butler, was attempting to cross South Transit Road near the Valu Home Center when he was struck by a vehicle traveling southbound, he was then ejected into the median of the road.
On Wednesday evening, the sheriff's office reports he died from his injuries at Erie County Medical Center.
All involved parties remained on location, no charges have been filed at this time.
The investigation is ongoing at this time.
