NIAGARA FALLS, N.Y. (WKBW) — Niagara Falls police say a 22-year-old man is dead and another man is recovering at ECMC following a shooting, Tuesday morning.
Officers taped off an area along 17th Street, between Pierce and Whitney avenues around 1:30 a.m., and could be seen searching near a building in the area.
Police have identified the 22-year-old victim as Jonathan Joseph and they say this is an active investigation.
So far no arrests have been made.
