Buffalo Police were asking for the public's help locating a missing 16-year-old Friday morning, they say he has been found safe.
An alert from the NY Alert system around 2:30 p.m. Friday said the missing person alert for Direll Donte Jackson-Downey was canceled.
Police later confirmed he was found safe.
