DUNKIRK, N.Y. (WKBW) — Dunkirk police say one person has died after a crash Wednesday afternoon.
According to police, the driver struck a tree in the 600 block of South Roberts Road just after 4:15 p.m.
Police have identified the victim as Harley D. Smith, 41 of Fredonia, N.Y.
