ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. (WKBW) — An Orchard Park man is facing a number of charges after police say he rear-ended another car while driving drunk with his young son, then exposed himself to a female police officer and urinated in the road.

According to Orchard Park police, Thomas Quinn, 35, was driving his Audi around 5 p.m. Friday when he hit the back of a car stopped in traffic on North Freeman Road near East Quaker Street.

When an officer was trying to conduct a preliminary breath test at the scene, police say Quinn exposed his genitals and began to urinate in the road in the direction of the officer. His three year-old son was in the car at the time.

Quinn was charged with aggravated DWI under Leandra's Law, DWI, failure to submit breath test, following too closely, public lewdness and endangering the welfare of a child.

The child was not hurt and was released to the custody of a family member.
