BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — New York State Police say the blood alcohol content of a West Seneca man was three times the legal limit when a trooper pulled him over early Saturday morning.
According to police, Gregory Gilbert, 25, was driving with a BAC of 0.24% when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic violating on the 190 just before 3 a.m.
Gilbert is charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated.
He is due to appear in Buffalo city court on May 29.
