NIAGARA FALLS, ONT (WKBW) — It's an event that hasn't been cancelled by COVID-19.
Next month, a popular winter festival is set to return to Niagara Falls, Ontario.
Typically, more than one-million people from across the globe visit the Winter Festival of Lights, presented by the Ontario Power Generation. However, numbers are expected to be greatly reduced this year due to COVID-19 travel restrictions.
The border is currently closed between the U.S. and Canada, but there is a chance it could reopen next month.
The Winter Festival of Lights runs from November 14, 2020 thru January 10, 2021.
