BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — After impacting multiple buildings on the University at Buffalo North Campus earlier this morning, a power surge is now reported to be resolved.
The fire department issued the all-clear for Lockwood Memorial Library, the University's largest library.
The library was previously evacuated as a precaution due to reports of smoke.
