VILLAGE OF WESTFIELD, N.Y. (WKBW) — The Chautauqua County Department of Health and Human Services says a cat in the Village of Westfield was confirmed to have rabies.
The cat is described as an adult black cat with a small patch of white on its chest. It was in the area of Clinton Street between Portage Road and Franklin Street on or before September 16.
Officials are now asking anyone who may have come in contact with the cat call the health department at 716-753-4772.
