CHEEKTOWAGA, N.Y. (WKBW) — Chick-fil-A fans are getting ready for the opening of Cheektowaga's second location on Thursday.
The new Chick-fil-A is located on the corner of Transit and Losson Roads.
According to Cheektowaga Police, officers will be on location helping to control traffic from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Thursday to Saturday.
Police say those visiting the restaurant can expect to enter from Transit Road, circle around the Wegmans and be directed towards Chick-fil-A. Vehicles will exit the location on Transit Road also.
Wegmans and Chick-fil-A are covering the cost for the extra officers, according to police.
The first Chick-fil-A is located on Walden Avenue, near Galleria Drive.
