BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — Right next to the register, Maggie Schwartz has a sign up in her children's boutique that says "We are all in this together, might as well be cute and comfy".

Cute, comfy, and casual-- the three cs for back to school fashion. Pumpkins on Main Street in Williamsville is ready for the back to school shoppers.

“Everyone seems to be trying to maintain normalcy for kids to keep things as steady as they can and the kids are coming in their little masks and they are still excited,” Scwartz said.

From the clothes to the classroom-- many rooms are filled with new & bright posters on the walls for the start of school.

“We have a vast amount of possible items as we are teachers, we would know what teachers would want,” Andrea Bridon, owner of Teachers' Tools and treasures said.

After teaching for 35 years-- Andrea Bridon created a store for retired teachers to drop off their old supplies… and a place for new teachers to have access to pretty much anything they need.

“Yes we got it, sure we got it, we can get it for you that’s one of our things,” Bridon said.

With all the uncertainty-- Bridon says she has learning materials for parents that need a little help… and for teachers going back for the first time in five months.

“This year homeschoolers are coming out like a jack-in-the-box because they want to change what they are doing and want to help their children," Bridon said. "They don’t have those kinds of materials at home and we do.”

Before you get all your supplies, make sure to check your local spots first.
