SILVER CREEK, N.Y. (WKBW) — Officials in Chautauqua County say a man intentionally crashed his car into another car with a person inside.
Authorities say 31-year-old Javier C. Cruz of Silver Creek, caused damage to that occupied car in the town of Hanover on New Year's Eve.
Cruz has been charged with the following:
- Reckless Endangerment in the 2nd Degree
- Criminal Mischief in the 4th Degree
Cruz is expected to appear in Town of Hanover Court at a later date.
