BEMUS POINT, N.Y. (WKBW) — New York State Police say they've arrested a Sinlcairville man for driving while his ability was impaired with three minors in his car in Bemus Point.
Troopers say they pulled over 31-year-old Chad Clark for a traffic violation on Bemus-Ellery Road on Friday.
Authorities say Clark then failed multiple standardized field sobriety tests, and placed him under arrest.
Clark then was transported to UPMC Hospital in Jamestown where he provided a blood sample, and was then sent to state police in Jamestown.
State police say he was under the influence of marijuana, where he was processed, issued tickets, and released.
Clark is scheduled to appear in Town of Ellery Court at a later date.
All three minors were safely released to a sober third party.
