BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — This study may put a frown on your face.
Of the 50 biggest metropolitan areas in the nation, a study found the Buffalo-Cheektowaga-Niagara region as the third gloomiest place in the country.
BestPlaces.net put together the study. It looked at the percentage of cloud cover, average hours of daylight, and days with precipitation during November, December, and January.
Seattle and Portland came in as the first and second gloomiest places on the list. You can see the full list here.
