BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — The surrender date for former Rep. Chris Collins has been pushed back to April 21st.
Collins, 69, was originally supposed to head to prison on insider trading charges on March 17th.
The former N.Y.-27 representative was sentenced to 26 months in prison.
Collins' attorneys want him to serve his sentence in Florida.
