BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — Oxford Pennant announced a Texas woman has won its "Warmest Cold City Sweepstakes."
Kristi Lucchese from Dallas, Texas will be heading to Buffalo for an all expense paid trip.
Oxford Pennant believes Buffalo is a great place to visit no matter the season, so Lucchese must make the trip to Buffalo by March 15th.
New this year, the winner will receive a $1,000 donation by Oxford Pennant to a Buffalo charity of the winner's choosing, a $1,000 donation by Oxford Pennant to a charity in the winner's hometown as well as $1,000 cash.
