BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — The University at Buffalo is now looking into how we form our eating habits.
It just opened its Center for Ingestive Behavior Research, pooling resources from UB's College of Arts and Sciences, Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences, School of Nursing, Graduate School of Education and School of Public Health and Health Professions, to look at why we eat what we eat.
The goal is to help find new ways to make sure people are eating healthy foods, thereby preventing health problems like diabetes, obesity, chronic inflammation and cardiovascular disease.
