BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — After a delay due to COVID-19, Tops Friendly Markets says they will begin enforcing a ban on plastic bags starting July 6.

According to a spokesperson for Tops, all stores in New York State will convert back to their policy, which was originally intended to take place in March.

The grocery store will offer reusable bags for 99 cents or customers can purchase brown paper bags for five cents.
