TOWN OF NIAGARA, N.Y. (WKBW) — Town of Niagara police say a man is in critical but stable condition after he was struck by a vehicle on Military Road Monday.

Around 6 p.m. Monday Police closed Military Road between Porter-Packard Road and 3rd Avenue "due to a serious injury pedestrian vs. vehicle accident," for around two hours.
