BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — A tractor trailer crash has shut down part of the 190 southbound in Buffalo.
The crash has closed the right lane near the Seneca Street exit, reducing traffic to one lane.
The big rig slid off the roadway and through the guardrail.
The driver is out of the vehicle.
